Education

Making best use of investment and delivering projects which fully meet the needs of clients in record timescales is second nature to us.  Our Director, Kerrie Norman, has over 10 years’ experience at senior levels in the public and private sector, building an impressive and diverse portfolio of experience in delivering projects and capital investment programmes from Early Years through to Higher Education.  Customers benefit from our Director’s experience in delivering over 30 major education capital projects with a combined value in excess of £370m, as well as programme management experience for multi-billion pound education capital programmes.  This depth of experience allows us to share the very best practice in curriculum development, design and procurement techniques; set within a comprehensive understanding of the policy framework.

Our unique skills set enables us to blend expertise in curriculum development and ICT visioning with technical and programme management skills to provide integrated delivery services and drive best value for our customers.  We adopt a flexible approach in tailoring services to the needs of our customers, which allows us to target our expertise where it will add the most value.  We work for a diverse range of customers on projects of varying size and complexity and never provide services that clients do not need or could get free of charge elsewhere.

There are significant challenges in the education market; from a rapid expansion required in primary school places to the diversification of education provision within the secondary market and increasing competition within the higher education sector.  These challenges are coupled with a sharp reduction in revenue and capital funding at a time when the need to deliver improvements has never been higher.  We are able to provide strategic advice to our customers on developing optimum types of education provision and estates planning, as well as practical support in securing funding from fragmented sources.
